Barbra Sibley - Head Veterinary Nurse
Barbara has been working at Swanzdale since 2008. She has since completed her Veterinary Nurse training at The Collage of Animal Welfare in Leeds and is our practice clinical coach for future student nurses. Barbara loves working with all the pets and helping them live a happy and healthy life. Some of Barbara’s favourite times at work have been when helping with caesareans as she has a keen interest in neonatal care.
She has several dogs of different breeds and enjoys walking them on the lovely Scarborough beach. Barbara has a busy family life and loves spending time with them all. Barbara’s dream is to travel and perhaps experience some extreme skydiving and paragliding along the way.
Barbara took on the role of head nurse in 2023. She is looking forward to progressing her team, supporting the practice and continuing to provide the best care for all our patients.
