Pet Health Plan
Here at Swanzdale Veterinary Care Centre, we know that a healthy and happy pet requires care and attention, and we have created our Pet Health Plan to make preventive health care simple and affordable.
We have included vaccinations to protect your pet against dangerous diseases, treatments to cover them against internal and external parasites and the illnesses they may cause, and regular check-ups to help your pet live a healthier life.
Our Pet Health Plan – is not pet insurance, although it is designed to complement it, and can be taken out even if your pet is not insured.
It covers the essential treatments your pet needs throughout their life. By spreading the costs of those essential treatments, it makes looking after your pet more affordable and gives you access to lots of benefits such as:
Annual vaccinations with a vet consultation including a health check
Annual kennel cough vaccination for dogs
A full 12 months’ supply of flea and tick treatment
A full 12 months’ supply of worming treatment
Annual wellness check at a nurse consultation (6 months after annual vaccination)
6 month urine analysis (at the time of the nurse check)
The Pet Health Plan also entitles you to:
10% discount on routine neutering and dental work procedures (excluding extraction)
10% discount on other parasite treatments
10% discount on Rabies vaccination for dogs & cats
10% discount on pet food and accessories bought at the practice.
10% discount on teeth clipping for rabbits.
10% discounts on pet passports
Microchipping
The Pet Health Plan helps you save on your pet’s routine care and much more. There is a joining fee of £10.00 per pet owner, taken with the first Direct Debit.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PET MUST BE REGISTERED WITH OUR PRACTICE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO SIGN UPTO OUR PET HEALTH PLAN*
* Please note your pet must be at least 6 months old to be eligible for the pet health plan
